Johnson Family New Zealand Cruise 2014: Part 3 - Maori Experience, the Pohutu Geysers, and the NZ Redwood Forest

The Maori experience was so cool! We got to eat Maori food, see some Maori dances, attend a formal Maori meeting, and walk around and see some of their beautiful carvings.

Beautiful meetinghouse!

 Greetings!

Right after the Maori Experience, we went to the Pohutu Geysers.

Last, but not least, we got to see the New Zealand Redwood Forest. This Redwood Forest is much younger than the California Redwood Forest, but man were those trees really tall for being so young!

Cool Fact: The backside of these leaves turn silver in the light! So cool!
